Many items are made to order or customized specifically for you. Please allow appropriate creation time as listed in each product description.

Once materials are selected and the creation process has begun, orders cannot be altered or canceled.

If you have questions before placing an order, you are encouraged to reach out. Thoughtful selection ensures the piece aligns with your vision.

Many pieces are delicate or include natural materials. Proper care is essential to preserve their integrity.

Damage caused by improper care or handling is not eligible for replacement or refund.

They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Shelf life is 6-8 months for bath salts and oils. Do not consume.  No specific outcomes, results, or effects are guaranteed.
